Connect the systems a property already runs on, so the AI concierge can answer from live data instead of a static knowledge base — and act on it where you allow. 12 integrations are available; each page lists exactly which tools the concierge can call, and which are on by default.

The system of record for rooms, rates and reservations. Connecting one lets the concierge answer live availability and pricing questions, and — where the provider allows it — create and modify bookings.

Maestro PMSLive availability and rates over Maestro's Genomi+ XML interface: every room type and rate plan for a stay, with fees and cancellation terms.
