Stripe Connect Checkout Sessions for one-time guest payments. Creates a hosted payment page the guest opens to pay; supports authorize-now/capture-later or immediate charge per booking type. Stripe official site ↗
What it covers
Checkout Sessions and their payment lifecycle. The concierge can create a hosted Stripe payment page for an amount, share the link with the guest, and read back whether it was paid. The guest enters their card on Stripe's own page — card details never pass through Maison. For "rooms" bookings, the capture mode is set separately from "experiences", so a hotel can authorize a room charge and capture on check-out while charging experiences immediately. Staff-facing tools cover PaymentIntent capture, cancel, and refunds.
acct_). The hotel operator pastes their Account ID — never a secret key — on the integration's settings page. What you need
- The hotel's Stripe connected account ID (begins with
acct_). Find it in the Stripe Dashboard under Connect > Accounts. - A capture mode for rooms and for experiences: "Authorize" holds the card now and lets the hotel capture on check-out; "Charge immediately" debits the guest when they complete checkout.
- A default currency code (ISO 4217, e.g. USD, EUR, GBP).
- Success and cancel URLs where Stripe redirects the guest after payment.
- A checkout session expiry in minutes (30–1440). After this window the link expires and the guest must request a new one.

Available tools
8 tools are available for Stripe. The concierge calls them on a guest's behalf during a conversation; which are enabled is set per property, so you only turn on what you want it to be able to do.
Enabled by default (6)
On as soon as the integration is connected, with nothing else to configure.
| Tool | What it does |

Available on request (2)
Off by default. Ask Maison to enable any of these for your property — several change data in your Stripe account, so they are opt-in rather than assumed.
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
stripe_create_checkout_session | Create a Stripe Checkout Session to collect payment from a guest. Returns a hosted payment URL (`url`) the guest opens to pay. The session expires in 30 minutes. Use reservationReference to correlate with the hotel's booking system. |
stripe_get_charge | Retrieve a Stripe Charge by ID — the settled record behind a captured payment intent (`latest_charge`). Carries the guest receipt link (`receipt_url`). Read-only; no card data. |
Not yet certified (8)
Built and working against the Stripe API, but Maison is not yet certified with Stripe to use them in production, so they cannot be enabled today. Listed so you can see what is coming rather than discover the gap when you ask for it.
